Job Description
Varcas EV Retail Pvt Ltd is on a mission to revolutionize the electric vehicle industry. We are at the forefront of innovation, driving sustainable transportation solutions across India. We are now expanding our team and looking for dynamic Sales Managers to lead our efforts in every district of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead district-level sales operations: Drive the adoption of Varcas electric vehicles.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Achieve district sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships: Key stakeholders including dealers, partners, and customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Expand market presence.
- Train, motivate, and manage a sales team: High-performing sales team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports: Regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned district as required.
