Job Description

Varcas Automobiles is looking for enthusiastic Junior Sales Executives to join our team. This role is designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to become a future sales manager in the EV sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Drive sales of Varcas electric vehicles through various channels, including direct sales, dealership networks, and corporate clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Varcas EV products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field from a reputed institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
